Version to be confirmed at launch  ·  Last reviewed 2 August 2026

These terms govern your use of this website. By using the site you accept them.

Before publication. A qualified adviser should review these terms, and the operator identity, governing law and liability wording must be completed. Do not publish with placeholders in place.

1. Who operates this site

To complete: registered legal entity, company number, registered office address and contact details.

2. The nature of the information

This site is an editorial publication. Everything on it is general information about processes and options.

For advice on your situation, consult a suitably qualified professional.

3. What we are not

We are not a claims management company, a law firm, a lender or a regulator. We do not assess, submit, manage or sell claims, and we do not act on anyone's behalf.

4. Time-sensitive information

Deadlines, scheme rules and regulatory positions in this area change frequently, sometimes at short notice. Each page shows when it was last reviewed. Always confirm the current position with the relevant regulator, ombudsman or business before acting.

5. Third-party organisations and links

Where we mention a regulator, ombudsman or other organisation, we do so for information. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of external sites, and a mention is not an endorsement.

6. No recommendation of firms

We do not recommend individual claims companies, law firms or financial providers, and we do not accept payment for favourable coverage. Any commercial arrangements are disclosed on the about page.

7. Acceptable use

You may read, print and share our pages for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. You may not republish substantial parts commercially, present our content as your own, use it to promote a claims service, or attempt to disrupt the site.

8. Intellectual property

The content and design of this site are owned by the operator or its licensors, except where third-party material is identified.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or remove content at any time.

10. Liability

To complete: liability wording drafted or reviewed by a qualified adviser. It must not attempt to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Governing law

To complete: the governing law and the courts having jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version and review date at the top will change when we do, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.

13. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page.
